Hi — We're TAST. We build the courses we wanted and couldn't find.

We love cookbooks and food tv shows and we took all the formal wine/beer/spirits courses we could but we kept running into the same unmet expectations. Loving gastronomy is both art & science, but all the learning we could find just sucked the complete joy out of it for us. Courses that were overly focused on achieving the next level of mastery, but never feeling completely confident. Courses too text heavy and overemphasis on multiple-choice quizzes as 'activities'.
