TAST Certified™, TAST.ed™ and TAST.re™ are trademarks of TAST, LLC. These designatory letters serve as proprietary post-nominal attributions, reserved exclusively for graduates who have successfully met all completion requirements for our specialized training programs.
Intellectual Property Terms of Use:
Trademark Ownership and Certification Display Guidelines.
1. Ownership of Marks.
The names, acronyms, and logos associated with TAST Certified™, TAST.ed™, and TAST.re™ (collectively, the "TAST Marks") are the exclusive proprietary trademarks and intellectual property of TAST, LLC ("the Company"). Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of these marks is strictly prohibited.
2. Authorized Use by Graduates.
The Company grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to individuals who have successfully completed all course requirements, passed necessary examinations, and maintained active standing to display the TAST Marks. Authorized individuals may use these marks solely as post-nominal designatory letters or professional designations to indicate their certified status.
3. Permitted Display Formats.
Graduates are authorized to display their credentials strictly in the following formats:Full Title Usage: John Doe, TAST Certified
Post-Nominal Usage: Jane Doe, TAST.ed or John Doe, TAST.re
Professional Platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Resumes): Credentials must be listed accurately under the "Licenses & Certifications" or "Education" sections, citing TAST as the issuing authority.
4. Prohibited Uses.
a) Authorized individuals and third parties shall not:
b) Use the TAST Marks as part of their own business name, domain name, email address, or product name.
c) Combine the TAST Marks with other text or graphics in a way that suggests a partnership, joint venture, or endorsement by the Company.
d) Display the marks if their certification has expired, been suspended, or been revoked by the Company.
e)Alter the capitalization, punctuation, or spelling of the marks (e.g., changing "TAST.ed" to "TASTed" or "tasted").
5. Right of Revocation.
The Company reserves the sole right to monitor the use of the TAST Marks and may, at its absolute discretion, revoke the right of any individual to display these credentials if they violate these Terms of Use, engage in professional misconduct, or fail to maintain certification requirements.
